Rehbine Financial Group was founded by Mitchel Rehbine in 2000 and formed a partnership with Five Star Financial Resources. Mitch has been a business owner since he was 16. He has a passion for entrepreneurship and building strong relationships. He carried over this passion spending 4 years as President of the Quad Area Chamber of Commerce with a major emphasis on helping improve the relationships of local businesses amongst each other for the greater good of the community he grew up in. Mitch has been in business as a Financial Planner for 20 years, focusing most of his attention on working with people who are near retirement or retired, business owners and family estate planning. Mitch genuinely cares about his clients and truly enjoys helping them succeed financially both personally and in business. Mitch’s top priorities in life are his faith and family. His wife Stephanie of 9 years is his number one supporter. Mitch stays busy outside of work chasing two young children around and enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible hunting, fishing, golfing, boating, playing softball, wakeboarding, snowboarding, and snowmobiling.

Jack was an intern with Rehbine Financial Group in the summer of 2023, and rejoined Mitch and the team as an Associate Advisor in August of 2025. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Financial Markets and a Minor in Economics. After graduating, Jack worked in the family business while studying for his licensing exams and is now fully licensed (Life & Health, Series 7 & 66). He’s now helping service RFG clients and is thrilled to begin building his own business The reason Jack wanted to get into this business is to help the people he cares about reach financial freedom. 

Jack lives in Eagan with his fiancée Marlee and their dog Bo. He enjoys playing baseball, golfing, surfing, listening to music, going to the gym, and cooking a good steak. 

Sam comes to Rehbine Financial with over 20 years of customer service and management experience. She has a Business Management Degree with and emphasis in Marketing. She is looking to further her career in the financial industry while growing her knowledge in finance. 

Sam lives on Coon Lake with her husband Dan since 2006, her 2 daughters Grace and Kaylie, and all her animals. She loves the outdoors and reading a good book.
